Some things to consider before taking the plunge

The Emerald Coast is an attractive area for investing in second homes. In recent articles we’ve told you about the area’s healthy tourism and economic outlook and why the future of real estate sales is expected to remain promising. Just as a refresher, visitor numbers in South Walton alone grew from 3.2 million in 2015 to 4.1 million in 2017. The Emerald Coast enjoys a high volume of return visitors (more than 10 times for many), and the majority rent condos or homes during their stay.

Here at The Premier Property Group (PPG), we understand why so many people fall in love with the communities we serve and want to own property here. It’s our goal to make sure that customers make the best…

The Premier Property Group (PPG) is proud to announce the next wave of luxury condominium development in Destin’s quaint Crystal Beach community—Parkside at Henderson Beach Resort. Part of the Henderson Beach Resort portfolio of accommodations, this distinctive retreat is now open for sales and will provide an elegant addition to the resort’s upscale, secluded backdrop.

Parkside is being sold exclusively through PPG, and early trends suggest that demand will quickly outpace supply. Notably, of the two buildings initially released,  20 of the 24 available units were pre-sold in a pre-launch VIP release.

“Opportunities to invest in brand new condominiums in Destin do not surface very often, especially in a celebrated resort development on the…

The right combination of sandy shoreline, sunshine and water is a sure bet for drawing healthy numbers of visitors and real estate buyers in many locales. Yet, savvy beach goers know there is something inherently special about the Emerald Coast.

An uncommon blend of sparkling emerald green waters and crystal white sand not only offer distinctive appeal to Premier Property Group neighborhoods, but this combination also continuously lands the Florida Panhandle in rankings for top beach destinations nationally and globally. While the beauty of the Gulf of Mexico speaks for itself, it’s the miles upon miles of snow white sand that truly sets the Emerald Coast apart for many coastal aficionados.

Beach sand in destinations across the globe can be…

Here in our coastal region, young and old, local and visitor will gather—overlooking the lack of snow and, in some cases, chimneys—to participate in traditions passed down  for generations.

The holiday experience simply transcends age. In fact, the Pew Research Center reports that among four generations (i.e., Silent Generation, Baby Boomers, Generation X and Millennials), the majority of Americans will:

  • Spend time with friends and family at gatherings
  • Put up a Christmas tree
  • Send holiday cards
  • Buy gifts for loved ones

Along the Emerald Coast, there is a perfect mix of traditional…

We are very fortunate that the communities we serve were spared the worst from Hurricane Michael. Our footprint sustained very minimal damage and all four of our offices have reopened.

Unfortunately, our friends and neighbors to the east were not so lucky. Our thoughts and prayers are with them in this difficult time.

Some of our PPG family were directly impacted by the Hurricane and we’re fortunate that they and their families are safe. We also want to celebrate and support those within our team that selflessly went into action and rolled up their sleeves to support our team, their families and others in desperate need.

We, as a company, will be delivering much needed supplies and assisting in the rebuilding effort. If you would like to…
